Amaravati: The YSRCP is actively pursuing its “Why not 175” strategy for the upcoming elections, with recent changes in Assembly constituency coordinators being part of this plan, according to YSRC regional coordinator YV Subba Reddy. He acknowledged natural dissatisfaction among some leaders due to the changes but emphasized that alterations are made where necessary by party leadership. Despite the departure of YSRCP MLC Vamsi Krishna Yadav, Subba Reddy expressed confidence in the party’s resilience, stating that changes are made based on the winning prospects of candidates in the upcoming elections.
He called for party unity for a decisive victory in 2024 and expressed confidence in Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s success despite alleged conspiracies by political opponents. Subba Reddy also addressed the delay in making Visakhapatnam the executive capital, citing legal hurdles, and assured that Jagan will commence functioning from Visakhapatnam once these obstacles are overcome.
