Vishwambhara, a monumental cinematic endeavor, stars Chiranjeevi in the lead role, under the direction of Vassistha Mallidi. Joining him is Trisha Krishnan in a pivotal role, adding depth to this grand-scale production.
At present, the production is immersed in filming an extravagant interval stunt sequence set on an elaborate stage, featuring a towering 54 ft Hanuman statue meticulously crafted by the esteemed Tollywood production designer AS Prakash. Guided by the expertise of the renowned Ram-Lakshman masters duo, this sequence promises to be a standout moment in the film, depicting an intense clash between Chiranjeevi and a formidable array of fighters.
Notably, this sequence has been meticulously shot over the course of 26 working days, setting a new benchmark in Indian cinema and marking the longest duration Chiranjeevi has dedicated to a single fight scene.
The project is being backed by Vikram, Vamsi, and Pramod under the UV Creations banner, promising a socio-fantasy action-adventure drama. With Oscar-winner MM Keeravani handling the music direction and the acclaimed Chota K Naidu as the cinematographer, Vishwambhara is slated for a grand release on January 10, 2025.
