Vishwak Sen’s much-awaited rural gangster drama, ‘Gangs Of Godavari,’ has been plagued by numerous delays. Originally slated for release in December last year, then rescheduled for May 17, the film has been postponed once again. The makers have now confirmed that this high-octane action film will premiere on May 31st.
Vishwak Sen’s recent appearance in the distinctive thriller ‘Gaami,’ portraying the character Aghora, garnered attention. In ‘Gangs Of Godavari,’ he presents a starkly different image, donning a thick mustache, traditional lungi attire, embodying a rural youth for the first time in his career.The coupled song with an item number and intriguing glimpses, has significantly piqued curiosity surrounding the film.
In “Gangs Of Godavari,” Neha Sshetty and Anjali play the lead female roles, while Nassar, Sai Kumar, Goparaju Ramana, and Hyper Aadi portray pivotal characters. Adding to the excitement, Ayesha Khan will make a special appearance in a song. The film’s music is composed by the talented Yuvan Shankar Raja. Directed by Krishna Chaitanya and produced by Naga Vamsi under the banner of Sithara Entertainments, anticipation continues to build for this eagerly awaited film.
