Viral Pic : Ram Pothineni in ‘Panche Kattu’ for Boyapati film

Energetic actor Ram Pothineni collaborated with mass entertainers specialist filmmaker Boyapati Srinu for an out-and-out masala fare which is yet to have a title. The makers of this big-budget film initially planned to release it in October as a Dussehra treat. However, they seem to have changed their plans and decided to prepone the film to September 15th.

A striking new poster featuring Ram in a traditional avatar is unveiled this Friday morning to announce the release date. The iSmart Shankar actor stuns in the ‘Panche Kattu’ look while relishing the rural ambience. He is seen sitting peacefully on a wooden cot with the backdrop of lush green paddy fields. This is in complete contrast to Ram’s violent avatar in the first look teaser which was out a few days ago. The teaser filled with a high-octane action sequence presenting Ram in ultra mass get-up received a thumping response.

As per sources close to the team, Skandha is the title which is considered for this film and an official announcement will be out in the next week. Sree Leela is playing the female lead in this film. SS Thaman is composing the tunes and Srinivasa Chitturi is bankrolling the film.
