Even before the madness of the ‘OG’ teaser has come down, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s fans have another reason to celebrate. On the eve of his birthday, the makers of Ustaad Bhagat Singh unveiled a brand new poster today evening and it has Pawan Kalyan in a mass get-up.
Wearing a lungi and holding a massive blood-soaked sword, Pawan Kalyan appears in a stylish look as he sits nonchalantly before a big mosque with a huge number of Muslims surrounding him at a distance. Director Harish Shankar appears to have designed another crowd-pleasing character for Pawan Kalyan as an irreverent police officer who handles tense situations prevailing under his jurisdiction due to communal disturbances.
Ustaad Bhagat Singh went on floors a few months ago. But, the shooting formalities were halted due to Pawan’s busy schedule with politics. As per the latest reports, Pawan is expected to resume shooting for this film on September 5th. He will shoot for a couple of weeks before moving on to OG.
Harish Shankar is planning to release the film next year. Sree Leela and Sakshi Vaidya are the heroines. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the tunes and Mythri Movie Makers are pooling resources for the film.
