Nikhil Siddhartha, who is on a high currently with several promising movies in the pipeline, is currently shooting for his highly anticipated project The Indian House. The ambitious project, produced by Global Star Ram Charan among the producers, has been creating a big buzz ever since the announcement was made.
Sadly, the shoot faced a grave accident recently that has shocked the film unit. The team was shooting an action-packed sequence against a seascape at a specially erected set in Shamshabad, sources revealed. As part of the setup, a huge water tank was erected on the set to recreate the oceanic setting. But tragically, the tank broke down suddenly and burst, resulting in a flood-like situation on the set.
The accident resulted in serious injuries to an assistant cameraman and minor injuries to at least a couple of other crew members. The assistant cameraman and other crew members were treated quickly and taken to the hospital for treatment.
Although the accident has halted the shoot temporarily, the team is concentrating on ensuring everyone’s safety and recovery.
