Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s life is under threat and the Intelligence DGP has given a report. According to the report, there was a threat to cm Jagan’s life from Maoists, terrorists and anti-social elements. The DGP made it clear that there is a need to provide tight security to CM Jagan. The report assumes significance as ap is going to polls in the next few weeks. The AP government is preparing two helicopters for CM Jagan’s tours. One helicopter will be made available in Vijayawada and another in Visakhapatnam. The helicopters will be leased out by M/s Global Vectra. These are bell-making helicopters with two engines.
Each helicopter will be leased out to the tune of Rs 1.91 crore per month. Other expenses will also be borne by the government. The order to this effect was issued by Special Chief Secretary (Infrastructure) Yuvaraj. Ap Aviation Corporation Limited (AP AVIATION CORPORATION Limited) said that the helicopter currently being used by the CM has become old. Since the current helicopter has been in use since 2010, it needs to be replaced.
