There’s no love lost between Anasuya and Vijay

There is no love lost between Anasuya Bharadwaj and Vijay Devarakonda ever since the release of ‘Arjun Reddy’ film. It is a known fact that Anasuya openly lashed out at Vijay for mouthing out expletives in that film. She targeted him saying that cuss words aimed at our mothers shouldn’t be tolerated. Though Vijay never reacted to Anasuya’s condemnation, his fans took potshots for her antics in the Jabardasth skit show which drew the ire of family audiences for double entendres on women in many skits.

Later, Vijay extended an olive branch to Anasuya when he offered a significant role in his maiden production ‘Meeku Matrame Cheptha’. This made everyone feel that the tussle between them has finally ended. But, that didn’t happen because Anasuya kept poking Vijay and his fans whenever she got a chance. After Liger ended as a huge debacle, Anasuya posted a cryptic tweet targeting Vijay. She indirectly expressed happiness over the failure of Liger. This has led to a huge controversy in social media when Vijay’s fans trolled her as ‘Aunty’.

Now, the latest episode in this never-ending saga is that Anasuya is offended by the prefix ‘The’ before Vijay Devarakonda’s name in the poster of his upcoming film Kushi. She posted ‘Ippude okati chusanu.. “The” na?? Babooooiii!!! Paityam.. enchestam.. antakunda chuskundam ?’

This has once again enraged not just Vijay’s fans but also common audiences. They started abusing Anasuya as an attention seeker and already came up with several demeaning trends on Twitter.

Reacting to these trends, Anasuya again Tweeted ” I don’t know what’s stopping all these Stars to take a stand on any wrongdoing in the name of their fans.. With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility .. in my given Power I am being Responsible.. fans/following potundana?? Alanti following lekuntene better kadandi..”

Talk in the industry is that Vijay had an animated confrontation with Anasuya and her husband at a party a few days back. Vijay reportedly rebuked them for targeting him quite often. Though Vijay never reacted publicly, his fans continue to slam Anasuya by throwing abuses on her.
