The world is looking at Telugu Cinema: Allu Arjun

Pushparaj, aka Allu Arjun, attended the ‘Directors Day’ event held in Hyderabad last night on the eve of legendary director Dasari Narayana Rao’s birth anniversary. Speaking at the event, Allu Arjun praised Tollywood directors to the sky and commended their efforts. He said Tollywood is now the face of world cinema, as every movie lover across the globe is looking towards us with high expectations.

Allu Arjun said Tollywood artists are gaining popularity beyond the Telugu States, and directors should make sure that more content-oriented films are made to live up to the high expectations . The Pushpa actor graced the event held in LB Stadium as a chief guest and received felicitation from Tollywood directors for winning the coveted National Award for his outstanding performance in Pushpa.

Allu Arjun recollected his memories with Dasari Narayana Rao and expressed happiness about attending the event on his birth anniversary. He said associations of all 24 crafts should come forward and celebrate special occasions like Directors Day. Allu Arjun also promised to extend his complete cooperation and support to the film industry and its workers.

Some of the young directors, like Anil Ravipudi, Shiva Nirvana, Sailesh Kolanu, and a few others, entertained everyone with their energetic dance moves. Other actors who attended the event include Nani, Allari Naresh, and Adivi Sesh.
