Srikakulam: While playing Kabbadi in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram experienced a fall. The Speaker, who initiated a cricket tournament in Amudalavalasa, Srikakulam, to encourage and inspire players, took part in Kabbadi activities. Unfortunately, he slipped and fell during the event. Promptly, players and staff rushed to assist Sitaram, lifting him up.
Fortunately, he did not sustain any injuries in the incident. Concurrently, Pro Kabaddi competitions kicked off in Amudalavalasa, Srikakulam, reflecting the growing popularity of the sport in India. These competitions, held under the banner of CM Cup, are organized across the state.
