Thalapathy Vijay’s most awaited flick ‘Leo’ was released yesterday amidst huge hype and expectations all over.
Though this film has garnered mixed reviews on day one, it is off to a solid start at the box office. As per the latest reports, it is heard that Leo has made a gross of 140 crores at the worldwide box office on day one. Being the festival season and the unprecedented hype it has created prior to the release are the major reasons for the solid numbers at the ticket window. Thalapathy Vijay has a stupendous stardom in the masses and his collaboration with Lokesh Kanagaraj after the industry hit of Vikram has grabbed the attention of everyone.
This film also boasts a stellar star cast which includes Trisha Krishnan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Anurag Kashyap, and Gautham Menon in pivotal roles.
