Teja Sajja is once again making headlines. After the breathtaking trailer of his upcoming fantasy-action film Mirai captured everyone’s attention, the young actor has now created a new buzz — this time about his possible involvement in the Kalki 2898 AD sequel.
The trailer for Mirai is filled with epic visuals and high-octane action, has the fanbase finishing the countdown till it is released in theaters on September 12, 2025. Expectations are high as audiences are anxious to see how well Teja hits the stage in this movie.
Adding to the excitement, Teja’s Instagram post for producer Swapna Dutt birthday went viral. While the wish seemed normal at first, his closing remark, “See you in K,” triggered wild fan theories. Many instantly connected the “K” to Kalki 2898 AD, sparking speculation that Teja might play a key role in the sequel to Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi epic.
On the professional front, Teja has already confirmed another project with a high profile – he is reuniting with Prasanth Varma to make Zombie Reddy 2, again for People Media Factory, which is set to release in January 2027.
So with Mirai set to release, Zombie Reddy 2 also on the official cards, and the Kalki link only further inflaming their debate, Teja Sajja is clearly starting to stake a claim as one of the more promising and bankable young stars in Telugu cinema today.
