TDP Supporters Hurl Eggs at Kodali Nani’sn Residence

Scores of TDP supporters, angry over former YSRCP MLA Kodali Nani’s remarks against their leader N Chandrababu Naidu, hurled eggs at his house in Gudivada, Krishna district, on Friday. The protesters, wearing yellow scarves, brought a tray full of eggs and started throwing them at Nani’s residence. Despite police efforts to calm them and the presence of concertina wire fencing, the supporters continued their egg attack.

The TDP supporters were particularly upset by Nani’s repeated criticism of Naidu during media interactions. In response, Naidu had urged Nani to change his behavior. Nani, who previously served as a minister during YSRCP’s tenure, was defeated in the recent Andhra Pradesh elections.
