Amaravati: In preparation for the upcoming assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh, the main opposition party, TDP, has intensified its candidate selection process. It is expected that the initial list, featuring 20-25 candidates, will be disclosed by the time of Sankranthi. Party sources indicate that the first list is likely to consist of confirmed candidates without much surprise.
Notably, the names of prominent leaders such as Chandrababu from Kuppam, Lokesh from Mangalagiri, and Atchennaidu from Tekkali are anticipated to be included in this preliminary announcement.
