It is a bit odd that a big-ticket film like Ram Charan’s Game Changer which is in the making for nearly three years couldn’t finalize the release date yet. Though the makers are sending feelers that the film will hit the screens in December, rumours are rife that there are chances for it to move to Sankranti in the last minute. This has left fans confused as there is no official confirmation so far.
As Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Vishwambhara is slated for release during Sankranti season, the chances for Game Changer arriving in January are very slim. However, if Vishwambhara opts out of Sankranti, there is a possibility that producer Dil Raju might eye the slot to capitalise on the festival season. But, his another film with Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi is also targeting the same Sankranti week. So, there is no clarity on when Game Changer hits the screens.
Reportedly, the long suspense on the release date of Game Changer will end in a few more days. The team is planning to unveil the first look teaser of Game Changer for Dussehra. Sources say that the release date will be announced with this teaser. This will put an end to all speculations.
Game Changer is touted to be a political thriller which has Charan in dual roles. SJ Suryah and Kiara Advani are essaying significant roles in this action drama. SS Thaman composed the tunes.
