After a brief hiatus, Sumanth is starring in a new film titled Mahendragiri Vaarahi’. Produced under the Rajashyamala banner as Production No. 2, the film’s glimpse was recently released by the renowned director Krish. Following this, Mass Ka Das Vishwak Sen posted on his Twitter account, stating that the movie’s glimpse is intriguing, which garnered even more responses.
The makers have now officially announced the release date of the film. Sumanth last appeared as the lead in the 2021 film Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju and played character roles in the 2022 films Dhanush Sir and Sita Ramam. Now, after a long break, he is ready to come before the audience as the hero of Mahendragiri Vaarahi.
After the film Rangamarthanda, Rajashyamala Entertainment is producing this project, with Santhossh Jagarlapudi as the director and Minakshi Goswami making her debut as the female lead. Brahmanandam is also playing a crucial role. Anup Rubens is composing the music for the film. The producer Kalipu Madhu mentioned that the movie is based on the storyline revolving around the temple of the goddess located in Mahendragiri. The unit is preparing to release Mahendragiri Vaarahi during Sankranti in 2025.
