Tollywood producer Allu Aravind, along with Bunny Vas, recently visited Sri Tej, who is a victim of the tragic Sandhya theatre stampede that happened during the premiere of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rise.
As we all know, the tragic accident happened on the night of Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa 2: The Rule’s premiere on December 4, where a woman named Revathi lost her life in the stampede and her son, Sri Tej, was left in critical condition.
After initially being treated at KIMS Hospital in Hyderabad, Sri Tej has recently been shifted from KIS Hospital in Hyderabad to Asian Transcare Rehabilitation Centre. On Monday, May 5, the producer Allu Aravind and Bunny Vas visited the boy and consulted with doctors to understand his current condition.
Speaking to the doctors, Allu Aravind expressed hope for Sri Tej’s full recovery, saying, “Our entire family is waiting for Sritej to recover. It is very heartening to see that Sritej is recovering day by day. I hope that soon Sri Tej will be like a normal child among all of us.
Earlier, the Pushpa actor Allu Arjun and the film team had extended financial assistance of Rs. 2 crore to support Sri Tej’s treatment and future.
