Samantha Ruth Prabhu who is gearing up with her highly intense action sequences upcoming series Citadel is now back with a new post. The Yashoda actress who is quite active on social media shared a throwback picture of herself and it’s too cute to miss.
Sharing the picture, Samantha captioned it by saying- ’16 year old me.’ The Shaakuntalam actress looked young and rebellious in the monochrome picture which is now doing rounds on the internet.
Fans and netizens are absolutely in love with Samantha’s old self and are sending their love and support to the Shaakuntalam actress with likes and comments.
On the work front, it is known that Samantha will pair with the Bollywood energetic actor Varun Dhawan for her next Citadel. Helmed by the directorial duo Raj and DK, Citadel is an adaption of the American Television series with the same title.
Samantha will also join the sets of Shiva Nirvana’s upcoming film Kushi. The film stars Vijay Devaraonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles. Interestingly, Samantha is collaborating with the Tollywood heartthrob for the second time after the success of Mahanati.
Apart from the lead cast, Kushi also has a stellar cast including Murali Sharma, Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Vennela Kishore, Ali, Lakshmi, Rahul Ramakrishna and others in supporting roles.
Billed as a romantic comedy, Kushi will hit the theaters and entertain the audience on September 1 of this year.
