Top-league actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu seems to have adopted a strategy to draw attention and gain sympathy before the release of her films by opening up about the disturbances in her personal life post-divorce with Naga Chaitanya in 2021.
As her upcoming film Shakunthalam is gearing up for release on April 14th, Samantha is busy with aggressive promotions. In all her recent media interactions, the Majili actress stressed that she was subjected to a lot of trauma due to divorce and stated that she overcame all difficulties alone without any support. This is not the first time that Samantha used her divorce for publicity. In the last one and a half year, Samantha has been trying hard to portray that she was in depression and was fighting alone.
Ever since she got divorced, Samantha used every media interaction to make tall claims on how she is fighting in her life. She keeps projecting herself as a superwoman. She openes up like never before and reveals the mental agony she faced all these days. Now, she is using the same strategy ahead of her next film’s release. More than the movie publicity, it seems like Samantha’s personal life is on display in all her interviews.
True that Samantha underwent a lot of disturbances due to divorce and serious health issues in the last couple of years. She definitely came a long way alone both in her professional life and personal life. But, the way she keeps on living in the past appears like she is intentionally trying to gain sympathy from her fans and moviegoers. It is time for her to move away and look for good days ahead.
