Salaar promotions to kick off this month

The mass euphoria created by the first look teaser of Prabhas’ next film Salaar has been overshadowed by the extravagant glimpse of his forthcoming science fiction thriller Kalki 2898AD. Now, Prashanth Neel and his team will need to turn the attention of the audience towards Salaar with a better cut of the trailer and aggressive promotions in the next few weeks. The explosive teaser showcased Prabhas in a power-packed role as he went on a fighting rampage against his opponents.

As we reported earlier, the makers of Salaar are planning to kick-start promotions in a couple of weeks. They are likely to unveil the first single in a few more days followed by the theatrical trailer in the last week of this month. Neel is currently busy with the post-production activities and Prabhas is getting ready to resume shooting for Kalki 2898AD. They will soon embark on a strong promotional campaign to promote the film all over India. Besides unveiling the trailer and songs, the makers of Salaar have many surprises in store before the film’s grand release on September 28th.

KGF series emerged as a box office blockbuster in all territories and Prabhas commands a solid following at the pan-India level. So, Prashanth Neel wants to make sure that Salaar gets massive attention that translates into huge openings all over the country. He is personally chalking out the strategies to promote the film.

Salaar will release in two parts. The first part is titled Salaar Cease Fire and the second part is expected to hit the screens in Summer 2024. It stars Shruthi Haasan and Prithviraj Sukumaran in significant roles.
