Andhra Pradesh government advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy delivered scathing remarks in response to the unveiling of the initial TDP-JanaSena alliance candidate list. He expressed a critical assessment of Pawan Kalyan’s political standing, remarking on his perceived weakness evident in the list. He questioned the feasibility of Pawan Kalyan’s ability to challenge the YSRCP with only 24 seats, highlighting Pawan Kalyan’s apparent struggle to field candidates for even those designated seats.
Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy emphasized Kalyan’s lack of clarity regarding his own candidacy and speculated on the influence of TDP candidates in the remaining seats. He suggested that it might be preferable for Kalyan to assume a leadership position within the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), implying doubts about his capacity to effectively lead JanaSena. Reddy urged Kalyan’s supporters to reflect on his motivations for aligning with Chandrababu and criticized Kalyan’s perceived shift in rhetoric. Despite the alliance’s efforts, Reddy expressed confidence in the YSRCP’s ability to emerge victorious in the upcoming elections, regardless of Kalyan’s electoral endeavors.
