Buzz indicates that he was impressed by a script read out by Sekhar Reddy Yerra, the director who had directed 90ML earlier. Apparently, Manoj was attracted by the original story and character presented by Sekhar Reddy and thus gave his go-ahead for the film.
Sources indicate that a new production company is taking over to fund this project, its first entry into film making with this hot collaboration.
