Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Revanth Reddy prepares to take office as the state’s new Chief Minister on Thursday, December 7th, 2023. This ceremony signifies a turning point in Telangana’s political landscape, marking the return of the Congress party to power after a period of absence.
TPCC has extended invitations to a wide range of dignitaries, including AICC leaders, chief ministers of Congress-ruled states, chief ministers of other states, former CMs, and leaders of various political parties.
Prominent invitees include Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao(KCR), Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Mk Stalin, and TDP supremo Nara Chandrababu Naidu. Revanth Reddy personally invited AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge and top leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to the ceremony.
Other notable invitees include Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, senior leaders P Chidambaram, Ashok Gehlot, Digvijaya Singh, Veerappa Moily, Meira Kumar, Khuntia, Bhupesh Baghel, Ashok Chavan, Vayalar Ravi, Sushil Kumar Shinde and Manickam Tagore.
Additionally, invitations have been sent to the families of Telangana martyrs, Telangana Jana Samithi President Prof. Kodandaram, Gade Innaiah, Prof. Haragopal, and other prominent figures.
