Actress Renu Desai is making a comeback to the silver screen in a substantial role in Ravi Teja’s upcoming pan-India film Tiger Nageswara Rao which is slated for release on October 20th.
It is a known fact that she is essaying a narrative-altering character in this film. The makers have unveiled the first look of Renu Desai this Sunday morning and she appears in an unpretentious avatar with a newborn baby in her lap. Wearing a white saree, she sports a beautiful smile with content in her heart seeing the baby.
Renu Desai will be seen in the role of Hemalata Lavanam, a social activist who fought against the atrocities on the untouchables. It would be interesting to see what bearing she has on the life of Tiger Nageswara Rao, a notorious bandit of Stuartpuram village in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh. The film is said to be a biopic on his life history.
Directed by Vamshee, the film has Ravi Teja in the titular role along with Nupur Sanon and Gayathri Bharadwaj. Abhishek Agarwal Arts is the production house behind this film.
