Actress Regina Cassandra, marking 20 years in the film industry, has reflected on her diverse and evolving career. “It has been a privilege to work across multiple languages and portray a variety of roles. In the early days, I faced many challenges and had no proper mentors, but learning step by step allowed me to grow. My goal has always been to explore different characters, and not being limited to one type of role has helped me evolve as an actor,” Regina said.

Directed by Madhur Bhandarkar, The Wives showcases the glamorous yet challenging lives of Bollywood star wives, revealing their struggles and behind-the-scenes realities. Regina plays a key role alongside Mouni Roy and Sonali Kulkarni, with the first shooting schedule already completed. She also revealed her ongoing work in the Tamil film Mookuthi Amman 2 and an upcoming Telugu-Tamil bilingual film, expressing excitement about these new ventures.
