The wait is over for the Mass Maharaja’s fans as the actor’s first Pan- Indian project Tiger Nageswara Rao gets a new release date. The much-anticipated project in Ravi Teja’s career will be released worldwide on October 20 of this year.
Along with the release date announcement, Ravi Teja took to his social media handles and dropped a new poster from the film. Sharing the same, the Vikramarkudu actor wrote- ‘This year it’s going to be extra special for us all. #TigerNageswaraRao’s HUNT begins on October 20th.’
The poster gave us goosebumps as it showed an unknown figure standing on a steam train with what was said to be a weapon in his hand.
Speaking more about the film, Tiger Nageswara Rao is based on true events. Starring Ravi Teja in the titular role, Tiger Nageswara Rao depicts the story of a notorious thief of Stuartpuram in the 1970s
Directed by Vamsee, the film features the Balupu actor in a never seen avatar. Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon’s sister Nupur Sanon will be the leading lady in this film thus marking her Tollywood debut.
Apart from Ravi Teja and Nupur Sanon, Tiger Nageswara Rao also stars Gayatri Bhardwaj, Anupam Kher and others in supporting roles. Meanwhile, known producer Abhishek Agarwal is bankrolling the project under his maiden banner Abhishek Agarwal Arts.
