Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is currently busy working on his much-anticipated next, Mass Jathara. Touted to be an action thriller, the film is helmed by Bhanu Bhogavarapu with high expectations, as it will mark the landmark 75th film in Ravi Teja’s film career.
While production is moving swiftly, the film has not been making any noise recently. However, fresh reports indicate that the makers are planning to give a festive treat for Ravi Teja’s fans, eyeing a theatrical release on August 27, 2025, on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. Although the makers have not yet confirmed this date, this rumor has been doing the rounds on social media. An official announcement from the makers is expected soon.
Meanwhile, the team had earlier unveiled the first single, Tu Mera Lover, which brought the vintage vibes. The track pays homage to Ravi Teja’s classic hit “Choopultho Guchi Guchi” from Idiot, originally composed by the late music director Chakri. Bheems Ceciroleo recreated Chakri’s essence using AI, generating a lot of buzz.
Mass Jathara is jointly produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the production houses Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, who are riding high on recent successes. Youth sensation Sree Leela is pairing as the female lead alongside Ravi Teja, marking their second reunion.
