Ravi Teja’s Eagle to blitz Sankranti BO

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is on a career-high after scoring big hits with Dhamaka and Waltair Veerayya. He is currently busy with multiple projects which are in different stages of production. His upcoming film Tiger Nageswara Rao is slated for release on October 20th.

Meanwhile, his next film Eagle has locked its release date. As per an official announcement, Eagle will hit the screens on January 13th. A new poster with a silhouette of Ravi Teja standing tall against shambles is unveiled. The fiery backdrop adds more intensity to the poster. We can see trees and houses blazing with choppers hovering around.

Ravi Teja plays a sniper in this film. He is on a serious mission and will go to any extent to achieve his target. Anupama Parameshwaran, Srinivas Avasarala, Madhu Bala, and Kavya Tapar play important roles in the film.

As other Sankranti releases like Family Star, Hanu-Man, Naa Saami Ranga, and Guntur Kaaram have already confirmed their arrival, the makers of Eagle wanted to put an end to the suspense and announced the release date today.

Eagle is billed as an actioner under the direction of cinematographer-turned-director Karthik Ghattamaneni. TG Viswa Prasad is bankrolling the film.
