Actress Rashmika Mandanna recently shared a nostalgic moment from her early career that made her parents immensely proud. Speaking at a brand promotion event, she reflected on a photograph taken with her father at the Bengaluru airport in 2014, shortly after she won the ‘Fresh Face’ title. “As a gift, my dad bought me a chain and put it around my neck right at the airport. My mom captured that unforgettable moment on camera. I think that was when my parents felt the proudest of me,” she said.
Rashmika also looked back on her film journey, expressing joy over working with Vijay in Varasudu and recalling the emotional farewell on the final day of Pushpa 2 shoot. She shared that she misses the team and looks forward to reuniting with them for Pushpa 3. She called Ranbir Kapoor a good friend post Animal and said shooting Chhava with Vicky Kaushal never felt difficult. Rashmika, who recently played Sameera in Kuberaa, is currently working on The Girlfriend, Maiza, and Thama.
