Mega Power Star Ram Charan Tej’s cult blockbuster Rangasthalam is still showing its power even after years of its release. The movie which was released in Japan went on a rampage at the ticket window.
The movie Rangasthalam not only brought the old rustic rural movie trend in the Telugu Film Industry but also showcased the hidden acting prowess of Ram Charan Tej. The movie became the biggest non-Baahubali grosser at that time and stunned trade experts all over. After the release of Magadheera and RRR, Charan’s fans multiplied in Japan so the makers have released Rangasthalam to give them the Indian village drama. Within no time, the premiers were sold and now the movie collections crossed the ‘Brahmastra-1’ and became the highest-grossing Indian movie in Japan for the year 2023. Rangastham faced tough competition with KGF which was also released in parallel but Chitti Babu’s drama over shined KGF and is running with packed houses for every show.
Directed by the creative director Sukumar, this biggest hit in Charan’s career as a solo hero is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. Samantha is the female lead and Prakash Raj & Jagapathy Babu are the antagonists in this cult classic rural drama.
