Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal gets postponed

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal is one of the highly anticipated Bollywood films of 2023. There are massive expectations on this Sandeep Reddy directional among trade circles because his previous film Kabir Singh was a box office blockbuster and Ranbir’s recent outing ‘Brahmastra’ collected strong numbers despite mixed reports.

Animal was supposed to hit the screens on August 11th. The recently released first-look teaser with violent and intense visuals sent the moviegoers into a tizzy. The makers have reiterated that the film will release on the announced date. However, it is now confirmed that the release of Animal is pushed ahead to December due to the pending post-production activities.

As per the information from close sources to the team, Sandeep Reddy wants more time to come up with an uncompromising output. As the film is made on a staggering budget, he wants to deliver a visual masterpiece involving outstanding technical bravura. Hence, he has asked the production house to defer the film’s release date.

Rashmika Mandanna is the female lead. T-Series Bhusan Kumar and Bhadrakali Production Banner have jointly bankrolled the film.
