With his new announcement — Kothapallilo Okkappudu, a satirical village drama that offers satire, humor, tradition, and a social statement.
What is most striking about this project is the thrilling directorial debut of Paruchuri Praveena, the innovative mind behind celebrated movies such as C/o Kancharapalem and Uma Maheshwara Ugra Roopasya. Taking an assured step from producer to director, Praveena introduces her realistic storytelling approach to a new story in the rustic terrain.
Kothapallilo Okkappudu is rooted in regional folklore and customs, offering a satirical yet insightful portrayal of rural life. Its central theme is the tale of an ordinary village boy whose single small act unwittingly creates havoc, spreading repercussions throughout the entire village.
