Actress Rakul Preet Singh’s brother, Aman Preet Singh, has been arrested by the Hyderabad police in connection with a drug-related case in the city. On June 15, a joint operation by the Narcotics Control Bureau and Cyberabad’s Rajendranagar police busted the racket and arrested many, including Rakul Preet’s brother, Aman Preet Singh.
According to the reports, Aman Preet was arrested for allegedly attempting to buy drugs from four Nigerian individuals. The Cyberabad police held a press meet earlier and revealed that they reportedly confiscated 200 grams of cocaine from the dealers. The estimated market value of the confiscated drugs is reported to be Rs. 2 crore. The investigation on this issue is ongoing, and further information will be provided soon.
Earlier, Rakul Preet Singh also faced multiple summonses from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the drug and money laundering investigation. She was also summoned and interrogated earlier in September 2021. Stay tuned for further updates!!
