Recently, actress Rakul Preet Singh expressed her thoughts on the issue via X, stating, “The Telugu film industry is renowned worldwide for its creativity, talent, and professionalism. I am proud to be part of such a great Telugu film industry. I have had a beautiful journey here, and I have a strong bond with this industry. It is very unfortunate that baseless and malicious rumors are being spread about me and my fellow actors today. Such comments are being made by another woman in a position of responsibility.”
She further emphasized, “Remaining silent in the face of unnecessary rumors is often seen as a weakness. I am completely unrelated to politics and have no affiliation with any political party or leader. I request that you stop using my name for your political agendas and gains.”
Rakul concluded by urging, “Please keep film stars and artists away from political rumors. Do not attach fabricated stories to our names for publicity.
