The upcoming sequel of Icon Star Allu Arjun’s Pan-Indian movie ‘Pushpa: The Rule’ has silently started its pre-release business across India. The latest information from the sources close to this movie’s team revealed a piece of ground-shattering news regarding the movie’s business.
Touted to be the sequel of the Pan Indian hit ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, the second part is being made to satisfy all the fans with huge action sequences. The producers of Mythri Movie Makers who are known for their lavish production values are spending a bomb. Since the movie got its craze in the North belt and also in the southern regions, an OTT giant has offered as much as a whopping 200 crores to get the streaming rights of this sequel. The first part was acquired by Amazon Prime and it made a good profit as the netizens watched the movie in all the released languages. Keeping this in mind, the makers are still in talks but didn’t finalize the deal yet.
If this is the business of just streaming rights, trade analysts predict that the theatrical rights of Pushpa-2 would set a new benchmark in Telugu Movie Industry for sure. Directed by Sukumar, the movie stars Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in the main roles. Fahad Fassil is the antagonist while Sunil, Anasuya, Rao Ramesh, and a few others portray crucial roles. Rockstar DSP is scoring the music and background for this December’s release.
