The other day, the international movie of Nag Ashwin and Prabhas, ‘Project-K’ released a concept poster along with its release date thereby sending waves across the Indian Film Industry. Touted to be a global project, the movie’s release date is now troubling many other big-ticket movies.
The production house ‘Vaijayanthi Movies’ that is bankrolling ‘Project-K’ has announced that the movie is releasing worldwide on 12th January 2024 in all languages. This has shattered the dreams of other biggies who are aiming for the same date. Starting from the Pan Indian project of #RC15 starring Ram Charan and directed by star director Shankar has been trying the same date for many dates. #NTR30 in the combination of Koratala and Taarak was also eyeing this date to score it big. Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has got two movies ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ and ‘Vinodaya Seetam’ remade which are aimed at Dussehra and the other for the same date in January.
On the flip side, veteran stars like Megastar with ‘Bhola Shankar’ and Nandamuri Balayya with his upcoming movie under Anil Ravipudi are looking forward to battle yet again for next year’s Pongal. With the announcement of Project K and the magnitude of the project, all the aforementioned movies have to adjust their plans and see who would dare to compete with the film finally.
