The sequel comes under the directorial venture of Harish Shankar, and this film has been in the hold for a long time. The speculations are rife in the social media that the film has been shelved due to the political commitments of Pawan. He confirmed that the director Harish Shankar has locked a terrific script and the entire team is waiting for the dates of Pawan Kalyan. Ravi Shankar has made it clear that the entire team is hoping to complete the film by the end of the year and release it in the next year. Stating that Pawan Kalyan is much bigger than any pan Indian film buzz, Ravi Shankar stated that it is the most prestigious project in the upcoming year.
