“I don’t consider my body as an object. I don’t like to appear glamorous just to attract audiences. I will not accept such roles. I want to look back on my career without any regrets, so I think carefully before making decisions. I’m not afraid to take on negative roles because that’s part of my profession. However, I cannot promote certain things in the name of fashion as a heroine,” she said.

Priya has previously commented on glamorous roles, stating, “Many believe that glamour is a shortcut to fame in a short time. Honestly, it’s very challenging, and I can’t find it comfortable. Moreover, audiences don’t prefer to see me in glamorous roles.”

Regarding her latest film Black, she mentioned that it stars Jiva in the lead role and is directed by Balasubramani. This horror film is set to release on October 11.
