Hyderabad: On his inaugural day as Telangana Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy initiated a “Praja Darbar” at Praja Bhavan, engaging with public grievances. Specialized counters streamlined application submissions, and the Chief Minister, Ministers, alongside officials, personally received and forwarded applications to relevant departments for prompt action.
In addition to setting up 15 desks for grievance registration, a unique Grievance Number was assigned online, and applicants received printed acknowledgments via SMS. This dynamic approach underscores the commitment to transparent and accessible governance in Telangana.
