Prabhas’ triple treat in next 12 months

After Baahubali, Prabhas has been taking a minimum of two years to complete each film. In the last six years, he has had only three releases. He has been quite busy this year juggling between multiple upcoming projects like Salaar, Kalki 2898AD, and Raja Deluxe ( tentative title of Maruthi’s film).

Putting an end to all speculations, the release date of Salaar: Cease Fire is fixed as December 22nd after it was postponed from September 28th. The announcement came as a huge relief not just to his fans but also to the production teams of his next films. As Salaar is arriving this year, Prabhas is going to have two releases next year.

As per the latest reports, the makers of Kalki 2898AD are planning to release the film in the first half of next year. There is strong chance that the film will hit the screens in late Summer. Meanwhile, the shooting formalities of Maruthi’s film are also progressing at a brisk pace. So, it might also hit the screens during the Dussehra season next year. He will resume work on both films in a couple of weeks.

Even if Maruthi’s film gets pushed to 2025, the second part of Salaar will release before the end of 2024. Therefore, Prabhas will have three releases in 12 months starting this December.

Besides these commitments, there are chances that Prabhas will start working on Sandeep Reddy’s Spirit and Hanu Raghavapudi’s film next year.
