Pan-India sensation Prabhas is maintaining his busy calendar with a lineup of big-budget films. He is currently shooting for Raja Saab with Maruthi at the helm and another as-yet-untitled one with Hanu Raghavapudi, both scheduled for release in 2025. But the one that everyone is eagerly waiting for among his forthcoming projects is Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit, which has already created a lot of hype even before the shooting began.
The film’s pre-production work, comprising the bound script and dialogues, has reportedly been done by Vanga as per industry sources. With all preparations made, the team is now preparing to launch the shoot in a big way.
Initially, producer Bhushan Kumar has announced Spirit’s shoot would kick off in January 2025, but considering Prabhas was thoroughly committed to ongoing productions, the timelines had to be shifted. Presently, recent reports establish the shoot would kick off in earnest in May 2025 as Prabhas commits selective time to this lavish action entertainer.
To ensure seamless execution, Vanga has requested bulk dates from Prabhas, planning to complete the shoot in a single stretch. Furthermore, the director has reportedly advised the actor to avoid any parallel commitments, as Spirit will showcase him in a never-before-seen police avatar packed with intense action sequences.
