Pan Indian Star Prabhas has proved his stamina yet again with his recent outing to Adipurush’s openings. The movie despite the mixed talk managed to achieve a rare feat at the box office and found a new place in record books.
Touted to be a mythology drama based on the epic Ramayan, Adipurush was released on Friday and bagged rather an average talk. Despite the hard work of the team, the movie lacked the right amount of emotion to engage the audience. However, the makers revealed the opening day figures and it was mind-boggling to read them. Adipurush amazed as many as 140 crores of gross on the opening day and proved the power of Prabhas. With this, Prabhas became the only hero in India who got three 100 crores plus movies on opening day in entire India with the movies Baahubali-2, Saaho, and Adipurush. Other movies are RRR, Pathan, and KGF-2 which collected more than 100 crores of gross on its first day. Still, Adipurush needs a strong run to cross the breakeven as it got not so encouraging to talk from the reviewers.
As this is not enough, Prabhas’s upcoming movie Salaar directed by KGF maker Prashanth Neel and Science-Fiction thriller Project-K also have the potential to cross 100 crores on their opening days thereby etching the tag for Prabhas, a true Pan Indian hero of India.
