Pan-India star Prabhas is gearing up for the release of his upcoming horror thriller The Raja Sab, directed by Maruti, as the film enters its final phase of shooting. The crew is currently in Greece, filming the last two songs, while one of the film’s heroines, Malavika Mohanan, shared a viral photo on her Instagram and X accounts. She is seen wearing a custom outfit featuring the film’s poster at a scenic Greek location, captioned, “Lights, Camera, Greece!”
Earlier, director Maruti had shared a similar promotional photo wearing a T-shirt with the film’s poster, and the heroine’s post has further amplified audience anticipation. Reports indicate that the talkie portions of the film are complete, and dubbing work is underway. Once the song sequences are wrapped, the production will be fully complete.
Maruti also expressed admiration for Prabhas’ energy on set, sharing an iconic scene from Baahubali on X and noting that Prabhas’ vigor during shoots reminded him of that memorable moment. Fans are particularly excited as The Raja Sab marks Prabhas’ full-fledged foray into the horror genre.
Initially planned for a December 5 release, the film’s worldwide release date has now been confirmed for January 9, 2026. The film also stars Nidhi Agarwal, with cinematography by Karthik Palani and music composed by Thaman, further boosting expectations for this high-profile Pan-India project.
