Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to embark on a visit to Telangana on the second day. His itinerary includes arriving in Sangareddy at 10 a.m., followed by the commencement of government development programs at 10:45 a.m. During this event, he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate development projects amounting to Rs 6,800 crore. Additionally, Modi will virtually participate in various development initiatives in Patelguda and officially dedicate the NH-161 Akhola National Highway to the nation, constructed at a cost of Rs 1,409 crore. Furthering the infrastructure agenda, Modi will lay the foundation stone for the six-lane expansion of NH-65 from Sangareddy Crossroads to Madinaguda, estimated at Rs 1,298 crore.
In Medak district, he will initiate the expansion projects for NH765D Medak-Yellareddy highway, costing Rs 399 crore, and the Ellareddy-Rudrur extension, valued at Rs 500 crore. Modi’s visit will culminate with a significant public address at Pathancheru in the district at 11:20 a.m. Given the high-profile nature of the visit, a comprehensive three-tier security arrangement has been implemented, with 2,000 police personnel deployed for safety measures. Attendees are advised against bringing any items to the venue.
