Pawan Kalyan, the renowned film star and Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh, is celebrating his birthday today. To make the day even more special for his fans, the creators of his eagerly awaited gangster drama OG are set to announce the release date of the film’s first single and unveil a special poster tomorrow.
However, on Sunday night, the OG team took to X to announce that they have canceled all the announcements planned for tomorrow due to the ongoing heavy rains and flood conditions in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. “OG is a film that will be celebrated for years to come. Let’s get through this together and celebrate in a big way soon,” the makers wrote. In another tweet responding to a fan, the OG team hinted that the birthday announcements were postponed at the request of Pawan Kalyan. A new announcement date will be revealed very soon.
OG also stars Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi and young actress Priyanka Mohan in lead roles. Directed by Sujeeth, this movie is being produced by DVV Danayya under the DVV Entertainment banner, with Thaman composing the soundtrack.
In the meantime, the team behind Hari Hara Veera Mallu has decided not to release any special updates today in celebration of Pawan Kalyan’s birthday, considering the natural disaster that has affected the Telugu states.
