His enthusiastic participation reflected his dedication towards the film. But media reports had already indicated that because of his busy political schedule, Pawan would attend only the pre-release event and miss other promotional events.
In a turn of events, Pawan negated these anticipations by going to several promotional events of Veera Mallu, invalidating the previous speculations. This was out of character for him, as he usually restricted his promotional activities to pre-release events. Even with this strenuous promotional campaign, the movie failed to deliver at the box office as anticipated, and the exhaustive campaign did not yield the intended results.
In the coming times, Pawan Kalyan’s next blockbuster, OG, has been announced for release on September 25, with much expectation revolving around it. But sources reveal that Pawan would make it only for the pre-release event, and there would be no participation in other publicity events because of his hectic political tour schedule.
