Pawan Kalyan slams DMK Leaders Insulting Hindus, call Themselves As secularists

Monday, December 8, 2025

Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has expressed his anger at DMK leaders who insult Hindus and call themselves as secularists if we question them. While participating as the chief guest in the Murugan devotees Mahanadu, organized by Hindu Munnani and RSS in Madurai, Tamil Nadu on Sunday, he called on all Hindus to fight together to drive away the evil forces who insult Hinduism and Hindu Gods.

He advised DMK leaders not to deliberately target Hinduism. On this occasion, he quoted the Tamil proverb ‘Saadhumirandal Kadu Kolladu’ (When a good and tolerant person gets angry, no one can stop him). He made it clear that if all Hindus unite, atheists and those who came to power by criticizing gods (DMK rulers) will be left without an address. He was furious that atheists were criticizing Hindu Gods because the Constitution had provided freedom of expression.

Stating that Murugan devotees had mocked the Skandha Shashti Kavacha, Pawan Kalyan warned that their devious attempts to shake the spiritual foundations would never bear fruit. He made it clear that if all the devotees of Murugan take one look, all those who curse Gods will flee the country.

Pawan Kalyan recalled that Tamil Nadu is the holy land where Lord Shiva opened his third eye. He warned that if spiritual feelings, especially the religious beliefs of Hindus, are disturbed in such a place, the devotees will not stand idly by. He urged all the devotees of Murugan to take a resolution in Mahanadu to launch a united movement against those who spread filth on Indian culture, traditions and religions, saying ‘Acchamillai… Acchamillai’ (No fear.. no fear).

He recited the Thirukkural verse in Tamil that rats run away when a cobra hisses, and in the same way, if the cobra around the neck of the Lord hisses, even atheists, even rats, will be left without a trace. “Who are you to question our religion?”, he  challenged the DMK leaders.

Shouldn’t a Hindu be a Hindu? He said that people’s beliefs should be respected, but it is not appropriate to criticize them deliberately for political gains. He made it clear that Hindu culture should be respected and that there should be no politics over religion.
