Pawan Kalyan makes a record-breaking debut on Instagram

Tollywood star actor and Chief of the ‘Janasena’ political party, Pawan Kalyan made a solid debut on the social media giant, Instagram. He garnered more than 1.5 Million followers in less than 12 hours and this is a record-breaking feat for a South Indian celebrity. Last month, Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay joined Instagram and garnered more than one million followers in no time. Pawan is likely to breach the 2 million mark within 24 hours. Surprisingly, he received lakhs of followers despite not posting anything after his debut on Tuesday morning.

Pawan Kalyan updated the same profile picture which he uses for his Twitter account and wrote ‘Rise up, face up, choose.. Jai Hind’ in his bio on Instagram. He is soon going to emerge as one of the most followed celebrities in the country given his charisma in both movies and politics.

It is heard that Pawan wants to make his political fight more aggressive by promoting it on all social media platforms and thereby reaching out to the masses. He uses Twitter to share his views on the inefficiencies of the ruling dispensation in Andhra Pradesh. He boasts more than 5.3 million followers there. Now, he is going to launch a scathing attack through videos on Instagram as well.

Pawan Kalyan is currently on a whirlwind political tour in Andhra Pradesh. He recently toured Godavari districts and launched an offensive against the YSRCP and its leaders. His aggressive speeches received a thumping response from all quarters and send shivers down the ruling party
