Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has reaffirmed his commitment to both politics and cinema, addressing speculation about his future in the film industry. In a recent interview with a Tamil media outlet, he stated that he would continue acting as long as it remains a financial necessity while ensuring it does not interfere with governance.

“I have always been inspired by sages and spiritual leaders. My decision to enter politics was driven by a selfless intent to serve the people. I do not accumulate wealth, nor am I involved in film production or business ventures. Acting remains my only source of income, and I will continue as long as needed while doing justice to my films,” Pawan Kalyan stated.

Currently, he is engaged in three film projects. He plays a historical warrior in Hari Hara Veera Mallu, directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and Jyoti Krishna, with dubbing work recently initiated. The film, set in the 17th century, presents him in a period-action role. Additionally, he is working on OG, directed by Sujeeth, and Ustaad Bhagat Singh, directed by Harish Shankar.
