Now, Mrunal Thakur posing a threat to Pooja Hegde

Bewitching beauty Mrunal Thakur hogged the limelight in Tollywood with her mesmerizing act in Hanu Raghavapudi’s cult classic romantic entertainer Sita Ramam. She is currently occupied with Nani’s Hi Nanna and Vijay Devarakonda’s Family Man. Besides these upcoming films, Mrunal is also in talks for a couple of new projects which are yet to be announced.

As per the latest reports, Mrunal is likely to pair up with Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja in his upcoming film with director Gopichand Malineni. Pooja Hegde was initially considered for this project. However, the makers are now in talks with Mrunal for the leading lady’s role.

Pooja Hegde walked out of Guntur Kaaram due to Sree Leela. She also lost a golden opportunity to work with Pawan Kalyan in Harish Shankar’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh due to Sree Leela. Now, Mrunal is posing a threat to her by grabbing a solid offer in Ravi Teja’s flick.

It seems like Pooja is going through a rough patch. She should consider herself unlucky as big-ticket offers started dwindling due to the advent of new heroines. Now, she is even getting replaced by those heroines as filmmakers are inclined to cast fresh faces.
